  User Guide: T18 TWS Bluetooth 5.1

  1. Activation & "Smart Sync"

  1. Peel to Power: Ensure you remove the transparent protective film from the bottom of each earbud stem. Without removing this, the earbuds will not charge or turn on.

  2. The "Handshake": Take both earbuds out of the case. The LEDs on the buds will flash. Wait about 3 seconds—when the lights on one bud turn off and the other continues to flash, they have successfully paired with each other.

  3. Bluetooth Link: Open your phone’s Bluetooth menu and select "T18".

  4. Instant Recall: The next time you open the case, the T18 will automatically "handshake" with your phone within 2 seconds.

  2. Mastering the Cyber-Touch Controls

  The T18 features a flat touch-sensitive panel on the back of the earbud head.

  • Play/Pause: Single-tap either earbud.

  • Next Track: Double-tap the Right earbud.

  • Previous Track: Double-tap the Left earbud.

  • Volume Up: Triple-tap the Right earbud.

  • Volume Down: Triple-tap the Left earbud.

  • Answer/End Call: Single-tap either earbud during a call.

  • Reject Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds.

  3. Reading the Digital LED Display

  The T18 case is like a mini-dashboard for your power:

  • Center Number (0-100): This is the percentage of power remaining in the Charging Case.

  • Left & Right Battery Bars: These represent the Earbuds.

    • Moving Bars: The earbuds are currently charging inside the case.

    • Full/Static Bars: The earbuds are fully charged.

    • Empty: The earbuds are not seated correctly or need to be charged.

  4. Charging Best Practices

  • Input: Use the provided cable with a standard 5V/1A adapter. Avoid using "Super-Fast" phone chargers, as they can wear out the 5.1 chip over time.

  • Case Charging: While the case is charging, the digital number will flash. It stays solid once it reaches 100.

  • Low Battery: When the display shows "15%," it is time to charge the case to ensure you don't lose the auto-pairing function.

  Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  Issue	Solution
  Only One Bud Playing	"Forget" the device from your Bluetooth list. Place both buds in the case. Take them out at the exact same time and wait 5 seconds before reconnecting to your phone.
  LED Not Showing Bars	This usually means the charging pins are dirty. Use a dry cloth or Q-tip to clean the gold dots on the earbuds and the pins inside the case.
  Sound Lag in Games	Ensure your phone is within 5 meters and has a clear line of sight. Bluetooth 5.1 is very stable, but physical obstacles (like walls) can cause minor interference.
