  User Guide: Zero® Carbon Wireless

  1. Getting Started

  1. Remove Activation Tabs: Look for the small plastic insulation stickers on the charging poles of the earbuds. Remove these so the earbuds can draw power from the case.

  2. The First Sync: Take both earbuds out of the case. They will flash for 2–3 seconds while they link to each other. When one light stops flashing, they are ready to pair.

  3. Bluetooth Connection: Open your phone settings and select "Zero Carbon".

  4. Universal Compatibility: These earbuds use a standard Bluetooth protocol, so they will work perfectly with iPhone, Samsung, Tablets, and even Laptops.

  2. Precise Touch Controls

  The touch-sensitive area is located on the flat exterior of the earbud head (the "Carbon" finished area).

  • Play/Pause: Double-tap either earbud.

  • Volume Up: Single-tap the Right earbud.

  • Volume Down: Single-tap the Left earbud.

  • Next Track: Triple-tap the Right earbud.

  • Previous Track: Triple-tap the Left earbud.

  • Answer/Hang Up: Double-tap either earbud during a call.

  • Reject Call: Long-press (2 seconds) either earbud.

  • Voice Assistant (Siri/Google): Long-press for 3 seconds.

  3. IPX5 Waterproofing & Care

  • The "Wash" Rule: While the earbuds are IPX5 Waterproof (safe for heavy sweat, rain, and light splashes), the charging case is not waterproof.

  • Dry Before Charging: If you’ve been working out or caught in the rain, always dry the earbuds with a cloth before putting them back into the charging case.

  4. Charging & LED Indicators

  • Charging the Case: Use the provided Type-C cable. The LED on the case will flash red/white while charging and turn solid when the case has reached 100% capacity.

  • Earbud Power: Once placed inside the case, the earbuds will automatically turn off and start charging. The magnets will "snap" them into the correct position.

  Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  Problem	Solution
  Only One Bud Playing	This usually happens if the "Handshake" failed. "Forget" the device from your phone. Tap both buds 5 times quickly while they are out of the case to reset. Put them back, wait 10 seconds, and try again.
  Connection Cutting Out	Ensure there are no large metal objects or high-powered Wi-Fi routers between you and your phone. Bluetooth 5.3 is strong but works best within a 10-meter range.
  Charging Issues	Sweat buildup can create a film on the gold charging dots. Use a dry Q-tip to clean the contacts on the earbuds once a week.
